Senior Leader in Primary School Age Care

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to play a key role in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for primary school-aged children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the school community, innovating and implementing enriching experiences based on children's preferences, fostering genuine relationships with children and their families, and ensuring program compliance with industry regulations.

We are a premium provider of Outside School Hours Care services throughout Australia, dedicated to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. Our mission is to enrich children's lives and provide a safe and supportive environment for them to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with the school community and build strong relationships with parents, team members and school principals
  • Innovate and implement enriching experiences that cater to children's diverse needs and interests
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families, providing emotional support and guidance when needed
  • Ensure program compliance with industry regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in Before and After School Care or education (but not essential)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, remaining energetic and enthusiastic at all times
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
