Job Profile

This role involves working as a train assembly technician, responsible for assembling and fitting components on the production line.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical or electrical fields and be able to work accurately using various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components on the production line according to specifications and instructions.
  • Contribute to quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Record and report faults to relevant areas of production.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized safe work area.
  • Maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and procedures.
  • Carry out problem-solving and troubleshooting as part of a team.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in similar or related roles.
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as certified accreditation in Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Experience with office management software (MS Office).
