As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care with the support of senior staff as needed.">
  • Adhere to and support hospital policies, procedures, and standards.">
  • Act as a patient advocate and protect the rights of individuals.">
  • Provide patient education and serve as a resource where necessary.">
  • Promote effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the ward and hospital.">
Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.">
  • At least two years' experience, preferably in Oncology.">
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.">
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.">
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.">
