Support NTT DATA in its mission to protect clients' digital assets
As a Senior Managed Services Information Security Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering security information and recommendations to clients, enabling the organization to deliver the contracted security services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tune MSSP platforms and client SIEM for efficient detection, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor security tools for security log analysis and generate continuous improvement ideas for security tools and technologies.
- Apply security knowledge and expertise to identify security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage security controls, such as SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, Honeypots, and other security tools.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution.
- Support major incident management processes and escalations into the team.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of security technologies, including SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
- Experience in security incident handling and response.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
