We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Brisbane Private Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing leadership and support to our established team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality-nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care
- Provide a standard of care according to the individuals' level of experience and education, maintaining high-quality nursing care within a safe environment

- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/Critical Care Nursing (or working towards)
- A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience within an ICU/Critical Care environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and action quality improvement projects within a team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
- Flexible to work rotating shifts
- Intermediate computer skills
