About the Role

This leadership position oversees analytics enablement across business units, equipping teams with tools, platforms, and insights for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics and reducing technical reliance.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.
  • Represent the organization in enterprise-wide data governance projects and cross-functional collaborations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years of people leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and strong ETL process grasp.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.
