We are seeking a skilled Travel Professional to join our team. As an Entertainment Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to collaborate with our global teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.

Your primary focus will be on managing client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements. This will involve analyzing inquiries and requests from clients and providing expert advice on the best options available.

You will also be responsible for formulating complex logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions. This will require attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure that budgets and specific requirements are met.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards of quality documentation. You will also need to report, investigate, and resolve errors or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 4 years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high demand clientele
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues
  • GDS experience (Travelport preferred)
  • Versed in booking flights, hotels, and good understanding of published airfares
  • Experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients, and/or group travel
