We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Corrections Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into the community.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with the Department of Corrective Services. As a Community Corrections Officer, you will be responsible for working with offenders to develop and implement rehabilitation plans, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and reintegrate into the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for offenders
  • Provide support and guidance to offenders to help them achieve their goals
  • Work with community agencies and organizations to provide services and support to offenders
  • Monitor and report on offender progress and behavior
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the justice system and the principles of rehabilitation. You will also need to be able to work effectively with offenders, community agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
