The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in Neuroscience and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a skilled group of pharmacists, assistants, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.

In this leadership role, you will provide management, mentoring, and guidance to your team, ensuring that Medication Management directives, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented. You will serve as the primary contact for clinicians and service units regarding pharmacy-related issues, facilitating seamless communication and support across the department.

This role also involves training and developing pharmacy staff, optimising service outcomes, and performing regular practice and performance reviews to uphold high standards of competence. You will lead within the department by developing, reviewing, and teaching workplace policies and procedures, while managing a specific portfolio that contributes to outcomes across the entire pharmacy service.

Essential requirements include current National Police Clearance (NPC), Working With Children Check (DHS), and immunisation screening. A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia, are also required.

Salary: $104,180 - $111,746 per annum + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits
