**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable for multiple business entities, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Lead a team of 7 finance operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
  • Address queries from external clients promptly, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide operational support on various matters, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • IDentify process improvements and implement changes to maximize efficiency, driving business growth.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of leadership, demonstrated through ability to lead by example.
  • Experience in shared service or transactional accounting functions, with a focus on strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication, business partnering, and analytical skills, allowing effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize key deliverables in complex environments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • High degree of accountability, driving personal and team success.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven record of success.
