About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This role is a permanent full-time position working 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday, 7am – 5:30pm).

Hourly rate: $44.00 - $47.50 per hour, with opportunities for higher rates for candidates with dual trade or diploma qualifications.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $91,440 - $97,500 based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of paid leave. You will also receive superannuation, with opportunities to increase your super through our super matching program up to 14%.

Job Responsibilities
  • Daily planning of service events (Mechanical, Fabrication)
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Compliance with quality and safety processes
  • Assisting with breakdown work as required
Requirements
  • Trade qualified Boilermaker
  • Industrial experience in manufacturing, mining, or similar industries
  • Experience in maintenance and shutdowns is essential
  • Welding experience
  • Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics desirable
