The Role: Female Casual Disability Support Worker
- This position is female only and requires a good command of the English language.
- Multiple positions are available with various shifts including morning shifts and sleepovers.
- As an experienced female disability support worker, you will have experience in disability support and be passionate about helping clients realise their full potential.
You will work in a family-friendly, supportive environment driven by strong values, providing consistent high-quality care and enabling participants to shape and improve their lives.
Required Skills:
- Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability Support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
- Working with Children Check
- Driver's Licence
- Ability to support a young child with an intellectual disability and high behaviours
- Must be available to work various shifts, including passive sleepover.
Additional Skillset:
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Family engagement
- Personal care
Salary: Approximately AU$35 per hour based on 20+ hours per week paid employment. Flexible work hours, online training, and EAP services are also offered.
