Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood professional to join our team as a Room Leader at our Rose Bay Village campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with passionate educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
- Mentor and guide colleagues in their roles, providing support and guidance where needed.
- Prepare and deliver engaging activities for children, prioritizing safety and child protection.
- Supervise and interact with children, leading group times and facilitating learning opportunities.
- Document children's learning using Storypark and share programming cycles with the team.
- An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood.
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in an Early Childhood setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Above-award salary ($xxxxx) and annual review.
