Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key point of contact for investors and the registry provider, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and facilitating applications and trading processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors and the registry provider, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing investor clients via phone and email.
  • Assist investors with completing new applications and trading forms (e.g., subscription/redemption).
  • Oversee the complaints process, collaborating with the risk and compliance team to address and document issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a client-facing role within banking or financial services, ideally in an investor contact center or registry.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, managing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
