Job Summary

The Executive Assistant, Richmond role is a critical position within our organization. As the primary point of contact for the Regional Assistant Director, Richmond and core regional office team, you will provide timely, accurate and professional support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Assistant Director, Richmond and core regional office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Manage a wide range of administrative duties including office management, executive assistance, maintaining a regional events calendar, report writing, presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers, building strong relationships and trust
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar preferred
  • At least 5 years in a busy office environment, preferably within an assisting role to a senior executive together with experience in inter-department coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare a wide range of communications including correspondence, presentations, memorandums, reports, briefing papers etc
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues using initiative
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
