We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our Critical Power Solutions team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth and success.

Job Description:

The Product Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical market strategies tailored to promote our products effectively, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Oversee the accurate product specifications and requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to industry standards.
  • Proactively identify and source new product opportunities aligned with the business strategy, based on market trends, pricing, and revenue modeling.
  • Oversee the products' roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demand and business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the product management team, helping them effectively communicate product benefits and technical details to customers.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high level of technical knowledge of the market for our products, including understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective execution of product strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, with at least 5+ years in leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in pricing, market positioning, packaging, and understanding of the product's market ability to deliver business results in terms of sales and inventory management.
  • Strong commercial background to lead a product business unit.
  • Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Certificate with a strong understanding of the technical engineering aspects.
