Job Title

A Litigation Lawyer is required to join our client on a secondment basis for a minimum period of 3-6 months, with the potential to extend.


About the Role
  • The successful candidate will assist in managing litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • They will conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in litigation law.
  • Support senior lawyers in court proceedings and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide general legal advice on litigation issues.

Requirements
  • An Australian-qualified lawyer with up to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian litigation procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent drafting and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full Australian working rights are required.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian law and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
