Job SummaryWe are currently seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $62,128 to $99,129 per annum (pro rata), depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse at Melaleuca Court, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents. This includes:
- Assessing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the needs of our residents.
- Providing direct care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current certification in CPR and first aid.
- Experience working in aged care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
