Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP Functional Analyst (ERP FI) to join our Corporate Systems team. This role is crucial in supporting the design, analysis, construction, testing, and execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and develop the SAP FI application.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including Blueprints and Detailed Design Specifications.
  • Lead the planning, detailed design, and delivery of high-quality solutions for SAP FI.
  • Conduct unit testing of configuration and development modifications using HPALM, and provide technical assistance for SIT/UAT testing.
  • Act as a vital member of the ICT development team, delivering functional outputs for the project.
  • Innovate and devise creative solutions based on thorough analysis of business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into system design and technical specifications.
  • Engage and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
  • At least five years of proven experience as a SAP FI Functional Analyst in a large-scale ICT environment.
  • Demonstrated SAP configuration experience in one or more of the following modules within an Australian Public Sector context: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, CATS, Assets, Financial Supply Chain Management, Travel and Expense Management, Banking, Controlling, and RE-FX.
  • Proven capability in preparing detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation.
  • Experience with Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is advantageous.
