Senior Azure Cloud Support Engineer Role

Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior Azure Cloud / Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their client, a leading mining services company. This role is based in Southbank on a 6-month contract.

This position requires the candidate to display experience across various areas including:

  • Windows Server and Active Directory (Hybrid)
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Hands-on experience with AD: user/group/OUs, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Experience managing Hybrid AD environments using Microsoft Entra Connect

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of:

  • Microsoft Entra ID & Identity Management
  • Basic to intermediate experience managing Microsoft Entra ID
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth)

The successful candidate will also require:

  • Basic to intermediate experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, including but not limited to provisioning and maintaining Azure Virtual Machines and Storage Accounts
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies and on-premise infrastructure, including hands-on experience with VMware vCenter in a multi-cluster environment
  • Familiarity with Dell VxRail hyperconverged infrastructure

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should have some experience supporting a hybrid endpoint management environment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

As a Senior Azure Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure.
