About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on MacKillop Ward at Calvary Adelaide Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical management and be able to use their clinical skills to maximize best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will provide direct patient care and assessments, as well as recognize and respond to changing patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration is required for this role.
  • At least 2 years of hospital nursing experience is preferred.
  • Recent acute care experience, particularly in surgical ward nursing, is highly valued.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential for delivering a positive patient experience.
  • Competent computer skills are required for maintaining accurate patient records and communicating with other healthcare professionals.
