This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Carer for In Home Support. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in aged care, preferably with Russian-speaking clients. They should also possess a comprehensive understanding of Russian culture and be fluent in both oral and written English.

The role involves providing individualized support to clients, completing tasks listed on the Task List submitted by an external service provider, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients. Confidentiality and discretion are essential for this position.

Key requirements include:

  • Fluent Russian speaker with a comprehensive understanding of Russian culture
  • Competent in both oral and written English
  • Aged Care Certificate III or equivalent
  • Clear communication skills and people skills
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or certificates)
  • Valid Victorian Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • Reliable mobile/smart phone

Salary: starting from $29.71 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
