About the Role
Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Anaesthetics Enrolled Nurse to join our Theatre team on a casual, part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and care to patients
- Liaise with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient theatre environment
- Ensure patient and staff safety through adherence to hospital policies and procedures
- Utilize sound knowledge of theatre equipment and safe use practices
- Organize and complete documentation to a high standard
- Adhere to Healthscope and site policies and procedures to contribute to the efficient, effective, and economic running of the perioperative service
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 1 year Post Graduate experience in Anaesthetics
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards
