About the Role:
The Operational Management Associate will be accountable for:
- Developing and maintaining a 12 to 18 month rolling capacity plan to support Aviva's resource strategy.
- Understanding key demand drivers, using past trends and events combined with business insight to predict future demands/resource requirements.
- Analysing supply data and updating assumptions to predict available resource.
- Presenting assumptions and resource requirements in monthly assumption reviews to relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting key stakeholders across Aviva's Claims department by contributing to an operation that improves year on year (efficiency, customer, value), by identifying and communicating insight relating to resource planning.
- Building and maintaining relationships.
- Working alongside the Demand and Performance team and considering the annual budget when making resource recommendations.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Excellent eye for detail
- Understanding of capacity planning process
- Strong user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse and understand complex data
