About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with Program Leadership to enable effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating risk assessments and chemical assessments
  • Management System reporting and system updates
  • Partnering with Operations to respond to EHS Reports and incident investigation
  • Facilitating CCC arrangements and partnering with HR and Leaders to ensure effective return to work for team members

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree
  • ICAM investigation training or similar
  • Experience with OFSC highly regarded
  • Experience working in a high-risk/industrial/remote environment highly regarded
  • Experience with the principles of Human and Organisational Performance (or the ability to acquire)
  • Experience with Critical Risk Management Programs or equivalent (or the ability to acquire)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Defence clearance (NV1) and DCAC
