We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a distributed team of software developers to design and implement the Ubuntu Core system software on various CPU architectures.

You will work closely with stakeholders, prioritize requests, plan the roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions. This role requires strong technical and management skills, as well as experience in open source software, Linux, containers, security, and developer experience.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of Linux from smallest systems up to desktops. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers, and will be comfortable planning and executing to deliver high-quality software.
