Chief Student Experience Officer

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving and overseeing the school's student wellbeing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating wellbeing strategies that support student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate wellbeing strategies, policies, and processes to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and deliver engaging programs that foster student growth and development.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Master of Teaching/Bachelor of Education/PGCE)
- Victorian Institute of Teachers registration or eligibility to gain
- Working Rights for Australia or eligibility to gain, including Skilled Migrant Visa and Working Holiday Maker
