We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our Occupational Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work closely with clients who have sustained workplace injuries or illnesses, providing tailored support to help them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans
  • Mentor and supervise consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLA requirements
  • Collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to implement injury prevention programs and support workers' safe return to work
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field
  • Full ASORC Membership
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
