About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Resthaven, based at our Head Office. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate a switchboard for a large organization, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely output of tasks, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality, high personal performance, and professional behavior at all times.

  • Proven experience in an office reception/administrative role and operating a switchboard for a large organization.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience in an office reception/administrative role.
  • Proficiency to an intermediate level in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail Merge, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide efficient, accurate, and timely output of tasks.
  • Demonstrates excellent telephone manner and customer service attributes.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain accurate cash handling.
  • Current driver's license.
