Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in East Maitland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take charge of a successful retail store.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with stock allocators to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store
  • Preparing and monitoring sales reports & store/team compliance

Requirements

Applicants must possess strong leadership skills, be customer-focused, and have similar experience in a retail/hospitality role.
