Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to lead our team and drive the development of robust CI/CD pipelines.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scripting, cloud automation, and scaling. They will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure, as well as mentoring and developing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prioritize delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals.
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices to foster a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation-first principles to streamline processes and improve quality.
  • Mentor and develop team capabilities to promote a learning culture and innovation.
  • Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
  • Enhance platform monitoring, proactively resolve issues, and lead incident management efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • 5+ years of DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
  • Skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in Git version control and security/monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI/CD testing.
