Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to introduce and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned city.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, comprising a central team and freelance Official Hosts, to drive business operations.
- Secure prime slots at football venues to host Stranger Soccer games.
- Implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee game schedules to ensure exceptional customer experience and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters to leverage their operational and technological expertise.
- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
- Business acumen, preferably in management and customer service.
- Entrepreneurial background or spirit.
- Commitment to driving growth and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
- Hunger to succeed, with financial compensation tied to hard work, business acumen, and effectiveness.
