Arctic Wolf, a leading security operations company, is seeking a Concierge Security Engineer 3 to join our team.

About the Role

The Concierge Security Engineer supports the technical relationship with our customers, leveraging their skills and expertise to create and maintain an outstanding partnership around the provision of security services.

  • Create and maintain partnerships with our customers
  • Analyze log and system data
  • Interact with and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate, educate, and share information with non-technical people
  • Help our customers diagnose problems and support specific customer requests
  • Primary technical point of contact for our customers
  • Champion for our customers within the Arctic Wolf Team
  • Mentor junior analysts with their technical and soft skills

This role combines aspects of an IT Security Analyst, Security Architect, Incident Response Consultant, Security Sales Engineer, and Technical Support. As a CSE, you will be responsible for implementing, overseeing, managing, and supporting the network security infrastructure for multiple enterprises by leveraging Arctic Wolf's cloud infrastructure and expertise in various fields.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years in Information Security, Network Security, or Cyber Security
  • 3+ years as a Network Admin, System Admin, Cloud Admin, or similar is strongly preferred
  • Detailed understanding of Enterprise IT Security, including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Antivirus, Content Filtering, and Proxies
  • Understanding of Enterprise IT Operations, including Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, and Cloud Infrastructures
  • Ability to analyze log and system data from the above list and other IT systems
  • Knowledge of scripting tools and languages such as Python, Bash, and Power Shell
  • Great writing and speaking skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills in a professional context
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Willingness to learn and continuous self-improvement

Bonus points if you have security or IT certifications such as CISSP or degrees in engineering or technology

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity, bonus opportunities, flexible time off, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
