We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our park. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  2. Process guest arrivals and departures, accurately using our park's booking system to manage accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
  3. Coordinate with our Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness and ensure a smooth stay for our guests.
  4. Provide valuable information to guests about our property and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
  5. Perform day-to-day office administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current drivers license essential.
