Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values hospitality, diversity, and inclusion.

This role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the breakfast buffet and coffee station.

  • Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet with a focus on freshness and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee tailored to guest preferences.
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent service and assist with inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area and coffee station.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless breakfast operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year of food and beverage experience in a restaurant or bar establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a vibrant nature and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service and memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Valid NSW RSA Competency card required.
  • Ability to meet legal requirements to live and work in Australia.
