Job Title: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, inspections, maintenance coordination and financial reporting.
  • Proactively communicate with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Advertise and market available properties to attract quality tenants.
  • Conduct thorough tenant screening and selection to ensure the right fit for each property.
  • Effectively manage rent collection, arrears, and bond processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed property records and provide regular updates to landlords.

About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, inspections, maintenance coordination and financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple properties effectively.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer skills.
  • A thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations.
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide exceptional service.
  • A positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
