The Role

We're looking for 3 qualified Bartenders and 1 Mixologist to provide our members and guests with an outstanding experience. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing our guests with the best night they've ever had, taking control of the bar operations with the assistance of your colleagues and management team.

About You

You'll need to be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. You'll also need to have extensive knowledge of all bar/menu items and be able to describe them to guests as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Keep the bar clean and well-organized, and ensure it is always fully stocked
• Work with guests to accommodate special requests and special dietary needs
• Utilize suggestive selling on established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues
• Perform pre and post-shift side work, including set-up, breakdown, and condiments
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
