Role OverviewAs the Head of Airworthiness, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth plans by ensuring that all our aircraft meet the highest safety and regulatory standards.
You will lead a talented team and work closely with our Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to support the integration of new aircraft and technologies.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the airworthiness strategy of a company that is committed to innovation and excellence in the rapidly evolving aviation landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Previous appointment as Maintenance Controller or CAM (Part 42)
- Strong working knowledge of Part 42 and Part 145 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR's) and CAR30/CAR 42 of the Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR's)
- Experience with Aerotrac (or similar) aviation maintenance software.
- Experience in establishing and managing third-party maintenance contracts.
- Knowledge and experience in Helicopter maintenance principles and methodologies in a commercial environment
- CASR Part 66 B1.3/B2 LAME
- Lead Auditor Qualification or strong experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project, or aviation management
