A highly experienced Accounting professional is needed to support our dynamic team in the Southeast Region. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing monthly closures, financial data analysis, and reporting to leadership.

This role involves collecting and measuring financial data, reviewing KPIs, and presenting findings to senior executives. You will also coordinate financial reports and ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and operating agreements.

With strong problem-solving skills, you will analyze month-over-month variances and provide insightful recommendations. Additionally, you will manage and coach an offshore accounting team in India to handle day-to-day accounting processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000.00-$175,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications plus up to 20% bonus.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience, preferably with a CPA license. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Controller roles, with demonstrated advancement in level and complexity, is required.
