- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the gaming experience.
- You possess significant experience in the gaming industry, ideally as an attendant, supervisor, or manager.
- You have learned from experienced managers and are eager to take on new challenges.
- You possess excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong sense of pride in providing exceptional customer service.
- You are well-versed in compliance and safe gaming practices.
- You hold relevant certifications such as RSA and RSG/RCG.
