About the Role:

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and integration of applications within our digital ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for app integrations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into a clear product roadmap.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that integrations meet client and business requirements.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make informed decisions on product enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and integration quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, with a focus on application integrations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex integration projects within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, microservices) and their application in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
