Structural Steel Transporter Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced truck driver to join our team as a structural steel transporter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services while ensuring the safety of themselves and others on the road.

The ideal candidate will have a current HR Open Licence, forklift ticket, detailed knowledge of NHVR laws, and demonstrated experience as an HR Road Ranger with HIAB crane operation and multi-drop capabilities across SEQ. They will also possess a customer service approach, safety-first mindset, and ability to develop genuine relationships with clients.

The role involves transporting fabricated structural steel to building sites around Brisbane and the South Coast areas while maintaining the highest level of driving records. We provide training and verification to ensure safe operation of trucks, forklifts, and HIAB cranes. Close collaboration with builders and subbies on-site is also expected.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Current HR Open Licence
  • Forklift ticket (highly desirable)
  • Detailed knowledge of NHVR laws
  • Demonstrated HR Road Ranger driving experience with HIAB crane operation and multi-drop capabilities
