Job Summary:

Lorna Jane is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Stylist to join our team at our Penrith store. As a Holiday Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and collaborative store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers
  • Drive sales by effectively promoting and selling Lorna Jane products, including activewear and accessories
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and KPI goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect

Requirements:

  • Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, during the day and overtime
  • Ability to work peak trade times during the month of December and January
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
