Job Title: Data Clerk

At a leading disability support organization, we're excited to partner with clients who require data entry assistance in delivering quality services.

The Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our finance team in processing, recording, and tracking data into various systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record data into Excel, Client Record Management System, and Finance Accounting System
  • Verify data accuracy and supporting documentation
  • Assist with preparation and collation of data for invoicing and service delivery records
  • Address general enquiries relating to data collection and service delivery records
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for the position
  • Provide relief to other finance team members as required

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of finance and accounts procedures essential
  • Proficiency in technology and computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Excel
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze problems
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Experience in accounting and client record management systems
