Product Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to enhance our feature set and deliver value to customers.

This role involves designing and developing high-quality software that meets the needs of our business and customers. This includes gathering requirements, seeking feedback, and launching solutions that make a meaningful impact.

You will work closely with product managers, product designers, and fellow engineers in a collaborative environment where everyone has their voice heard.

To succeed, you must have a scale-up mindset and understand how to ship incremental value and test hypotheses.

From a technical perspective, we use TypeScript, Node, React, Postgres, GraphQL, Event Sourcing, and Functional Programming paradigm. You will primarily work on our shipping domain, which includes ingesting sales orders, creating carrier quotes, booking carrier labels, and building features for a modern carrier platform.

Our remote-first environment allows staff to manage their time and work the hours that suit them as long as they are collaborative and communicative. We use various tools such as Linear, Confluence, Slack, Google Meet, incident.io, and asynchronous/synchronous communication to limit unnecessary meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Launching solutions that make a meaningful impact

Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the company by working outside your comfort zone and taking on new challenges.
