Multilingual Customer Service Specialist

The Supplier Success Professional for Worker Management will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a world-class prequalification and Learning Management System (LMS) for clients, suppliers, and contract workers. This professional will serve as the first point of contact for all Avetta customers, requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.
The training period will commence with remote work from 12 am to 9 am AEST on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Post-training, the shift will be from 8 am to 4:30 pm AEST, Monday through Friday. The team will collaborate remotely for the initial four weeks, followed by a hybrid model that includes office hours from Tuesday to Thursday in Sydney or Newcastle and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
This position is well-compensated at an hourly rate of $27.67 AUD, offering a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to Avetta customers, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Prioritize and resolve complex customer issues, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Interact directly with Avetta customers through multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat if applicable.
- Record details of interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC), ensuring accurate documentation of customer communications.
- Deliver proactive follow-up services via phone and email to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Embody Avetta's values, working as a cohesive unit to drive the company's mission forward.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is highly valued.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show proficiency in using Windows-based PC applications.
- Maintain a strong affinity for learning online software systems.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
