We are seeking an organised and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team in our Fountain Gate store. This role involves taking the lead on retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational management of the store
  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing stock control, store procedures and team rotas

The successful candidate will be a passionate team player who can confidently support their team to provide an unforgettable in-store experience.
