Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or engineering and have at least 2 years of on-the-job training. They will also have strong fault finding skills and experience in maintenance, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical installation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading and following electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings for diagnostics.
  • Workshop, pre-hire, and onsite servicing/repairing.
  • Preparing and maintaining service reports in a timely manner.
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic testing, commissioning, monitoring, and fault finding.
  • Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn components.
  • Investigating breakdowns, maintenance, and repairs on mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Required qualifications include:

  • Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or engineering.
  • Fault finding skills and experience.
  • Maintenance skills and experience.
  • Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical installation skills and experience.
  • Circuit drawing interpretation skills and experience.
  • Able to manage time well, prioritize, and be an avid problem solver.
  • Able to work under pressure and unsupervised.
  • A team player with a safety-first approach and strong understanding of customer service.

This is a full-time ongoing position working 38 hours per week based in Ingleburn, NSW. The salary package includes $75,000 + 11.5% Superannuation.
