">Key Responsibilities:">- To lead and deliver strategic labour and industrial relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act 2009 and recent reforms.">
- To manage enterprise bargaining agreements, including negotiation strategy, stakeholder engagement, and dispute resolution.">
- To foster cooperative industrial relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with trade unions, regulators, and internal stakeholders.">
- To provide expert interpretation of employment contracts, HR policies, and modern awards, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.">
- To advise and support management in performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations, focusing on psychosocial safety.">
- To drive organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent development, and succession planning.">
- To coach and mentor line managers on effective people management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.">
- To promote a culture of inclusion, flexibility, and skills-based development aligned with current workforce expectations.">
