About the Role

We're seeking passionate leaders to join our South Australian team as Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Our team of culturally connected leaders, buyers, and creatives drive the latest trends and conversations.

As a leader, you'll be responsible for driving outcomes and results, reviewing sales and stock sell-through reports, and mentoring and coaching team members to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and stock sell-through results through effective skills and behaviours
  • Review sales and stock reports, analyse results, and work with the Regional Manager on future actions
  • Mentor and coach team members to decipher reports into actions and achieve targets
  • Hold yourself and team members accountable for results
  • Manage team workload, workflow, time management, and delivery through strong accountability and goal-setting
  • Lead and inspire the team to love what they do and contribute to the wider business strategy
  • Prioritise team members' well-being and mental health
About You

You'll genuinely love and understand our brands and streetwear fashion.

You'll be able to confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team.

You'll have proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals.

You'll have a proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets.

You'll have sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, and shrinkage.

You'll have experience in a high-volume and fast-paced store with a minimum of 2-3 years of Store Management experience.

You'll have full Australian working rights.
